Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made by card (including Amex), bank transfer or cash on the day of treatment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Deposits are strictly non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours days before the appointment.
Complaint Policy: Please notify us of complaints by email promptly. We will aim to respond to all complaints within 28 working days.
We do not treat individuals under 18 years of age.
Children should not be brought to the clinic.
