Images of before-and-after treatments and medical conditions are used with patient consent and are the property of Aesthetica Medical Clinic. Unauthorised reproduction or use of these images on other platforms is strictly prohibited and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments can be made by card (including Amex), bank transfer or cash on the day of treatment.


Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Deposits are strictly non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours days before the appointment.


Complaint Policy:
Please notify us of complaints by email promptly. We will aim to respond to all complaints within 28 working days. 




Age Policy


We do not treat individuals under 18 years of age.


Children Policy


Children should not be brought to the clinic.
