The actual treatment process with CryoPen is quick and relatively painless. Here's what to expect:


The practitioner will cleanse the treatment area and a protective gel may be applied to the surrounding skin. The CryoPen device will be applied to the targeted lesion, emitting a controlled jet of liquid nitrogen in the exact place where it's needed.

The treatment may last from a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on the size and type of the lesion. Following the application the frozen lesion will gradually thaw, allowing the body to naturally eliminate the dead cells.

After the CryoPen treatment, follow your practitioner's post-treatment care instructions, which may include:
