Hydrafacial Aftercare Advice

The following aftercare advice is essential to help reduce the risk of treatment complications, improve your healing, and help achieve the best possible results from your Hydrafacial.

Post-Treatment Care for Hydrafacial Treatment

  • Avoid hot environments and heat (saunas, sun beds, intense workouts, hot yoga) for the next 48 hours.
  • Avoid swimming pools for the next 48 hours.
  • Application of SPF50 is essential.
  • Avoid using active products (such as retinol, tretinoin, acids) for 7 days before and after the treatment.
  • You may experience heat sensation, itching, flaking, lumps, redness, and swelling after a Hydrafacial. Although this is rare, it can still happen occasionally. If you are concerned about any side effects, please contact us.

Maximising Your Results for Hydrafacial treatment

  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Using the Obagi NuDerm skincare regime
