    During treatment, the skin is first cleansed thoroughly. Sensitive areas like lips, eyes, and nose corners are protected with Vaseline. The Blue Peel Radiance Prep Solution is applied to dry skin. After drying, the Blue Peel Radiance is applied, possibly causing mild tingling. It stays on for 10-12 minutes. The peel is removed using Nu-Derm Gentle Cleanser and water. Then a mineral-based SPF 50 is applied.

  • WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

    Post-treatment, expect smoother, tighter skin immediately. Improvements in scars, wrinkles, sun damage, pores, skin texture, and tone continue over 7-10 days. Optimal results are achieved with 4-6 treatments.

  • HOW DO I PREPARE MY SKIN PRIOR TO THE PEEL?

    Before the peel, avoid laser hair removal, waxing, depilatory creams, electrolysis, and microdermabrasion for 5-7 days. Also, refrain from using topical retinoids, tretinoin, and other skin-irritating products like alpha and beta hydroxyl acids, exfoliating masks, retinol, and benzoyl peroxide for three days.

  • WHAT IS THE AFTER CARE?

    Aftercare involves always wearing sun protection (SPF 30/50) and avoiding direct sun exposure. Treat skin gently, avoiding exfoliation and picking at peeling skin. Refrain from using alpha- and beta-hydroxyl acid products, retinol, and fragranced facial products for three days post-peel.

  • IF I USE CR-X CAN I HAVE THE PEEL?

    Yes, but stop using Exfoliating Day Lotion 3 days before due to its Glycolic and Lactic acid content.

  • WHAT IF I AM USING THE CLENZIDERM SYSTEM?

    With CLENZIderm, you can have the peel, but stop using pore therapy and therapeutic lotion three days prior. Resume normal protocol 48 hours after application if tolerated.
